Dror Fixler received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Physics, Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel, in 2003. He is a member of the Faculty of Engineering and the Director of the Nano Center, Bar-Ilan University. He has published more than 100 original research papers and holds more than 15 issued patents. His research interests include fluorescence measurements (FLIM and anisotropy decay), Nanophotonics, high-end electro-optical system engineering, and light–tissue interaction. Prof. Fixler received several international awards and organized and presented at more than 100 international conferences.
