Professor Yuval Garini heads the Nano Dynamics Lab in the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering and is affiliated with the Russell Berrie Nanotechnology Institute at the Technion in Haifa, Israel.

He works in the areas of biophysics and bio-nano-photonics. His research interests includes the genome organization in the nucleus, protein-DNA interaction, cancer genetics, spectral imaging, and advanced microscopy methods. 

Prof. Garini earned his PhD in physics at the Technion. He then joined Delft University in the Netherlands, and Bar-Ilan University before joining the Technion faculty in 2020.
